Rocky Mountain National Park
The astonishing Dream Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park
After hiking for many days prior to arriving in Rocky Mountain National Park we were both extremely sore and tired. We gave our aching calves a rest and went on this leisurely hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, Bear Lake Loop. At only 3.5 miles round trip with a total elevation gain of 650 feet, Bear Lake Loop was definitely one of the easier hikes we've done. But, that being said, it also had some of the most beautiful scenery. There are a total of four lakes on this hike (Bear Lake, Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, and Emerald Lake) each one with beauty to behold.
