Ristorante La Cabana
This was the best meal of the trip - at La Cabana in Rome. The live fish was brought to my table for my approval before it was simply grilled, and then again brought to the table to be filleted. Such a simple preparation highlighted the exquisite taste of the sea bass, which was accompanied by perfectly salted roasted potatoes. When you have great ingredients, you don't need to do much to create perfection.
