There's a lot of seafood eating on an Ibizan holiday, but you'd be a fool to miss out on the local speciality: beef. Cas Pages is held by most locals to offer the best steak on the island, but that's not all it has to offer. My sister loved her slow-cooked pork and rice, which was somewhere between a soup and a stew. And while the way my rabbit was served may have put others off - it was presented whole, roasted and, frankly, splayed - I had no qualms. It came with a delicious aioli and I was soon nibbling happily away at the carcass. It's a big restaurant, with a large outdoor courtyard, and it was all but full by the time we left. Definitely a must-do in Ibiza. Unless you're a vegetarian.
