A surprise at every course
Go to Spring for a night of culinary surprise. Each night the chef is inspired by the ingredients of the day and creates a sensational prix fixe 5 course meal. It is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it! We opted to add the wine pairing to our meal which we thoroughly enjoyed, a sommelier poured and described each glass and made excellent choices. A great feature of the restaurant is its open kitchen which is a delight to watch!
