Fine French dining in French Canada
For a world-class meal in a world-class ski town, you might just have to leave town, or at least, drive a few miles to Tremblant's Old Village. There you'll find Patrick Bermand's restaurant, headed up by a chef from the French Pyrenees who's had a hand in several of Quebec's finest restaurants.

Set in a traditional timber house with wood-paneled dining rooms, the restaurant sources produce from Montreal and premium grade meat, with an emphasis on fresh and simple dishes. Should an aged filet mignon or organic milk-fed veal chop not do it for you, perhaps a lobster poutine will do the trick after a long day on the trails of Tremblant.
