Restaurant le Kou-Gny
This welcoming restaurant is located on a rural campsite east of the Le Méridien hotel. It offers fantastic views across the water from the tree-covered outside dining area, warm and friendly service and a menu that features lobster or fish as well as the island's specialty, snails. The drink list is limited—but you're permitted to bring your own. Reservations are required in advance and no credit cards are accepted, but this remains one of the best dining spots on the island.
