“Europea is one of the best tables in the city, with French-style food and excellent service. The chef, Jérôme Ferrer, is very fanciful. He creates dishes such as homemade jerky presented on a clothesline, and for dessert, a tree made of cotton candy," says Nathalie Bondil, head curator at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
