Feskekörka means "Fish Church" in local dialect, but it's not actually a church - though it was designed to look just like one from both the outside and the inside. As you walk up to it, you may be fooled, but step inside and you'll see a bustling fresh fish market. Upstairs, in a loft that overlooks the market below, is Restaurang Gabriel. You can take a seat at one of the tables with a view onto the river, or at the bar with a view straight onto the market. It's not cheap (though I wouldn't say it's outrageous either) but the taste and the atmosphere make it completely worth the splurge. The menu is not extensive but everything on it is delicious. After you order, watch the chef go downstairs and pick out your fresh seafood at the market below. He'll bring back up whatever you've ordered and start cooking!
