Refresquería El Manantial feels a bit like an old-fashioned soda shoppe and sells next-level raspados loaded with every topping imaginable, from syrupy fruit to chocolate sauces and condensed milk. It’s become a chain and stores can be found up and down the western coast of Mexico, but the original is the pride of Compostela.
