menu policy. I always love absolutely everything this incredibly talented sushi master creates; chef Taka’s innovative rolls never disappoint. Try the Lobby Lounge with rainbow-rolled wild albacore, Lois Lake steelhead, avocado, mango and chopped Qualicum scallop, or my new favourite, the Wagyu roll which comes topped with the tiniest hit of fried Japanese leek and had me positively inhaling the whole roll! This is the city’s most stylish sushi bar, so pull up a stool at one of the high top tables and enjoy the daily live music sessions, whilst sipping bartender Grant Sceney’s award-winning cocktails and savoring phenomenal sushi.
