Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Heaven
I'm one of those ladies that could have fresh baked bread soaked in oil and vinegar for nearly every meal in a day. When I stumbled across Quintessential Gourmet I was very clearly in heaven. The flavor creations were something beyond my home cook imaginations! Lavender balsamic. Yep. Fig balsamic. Check. Blood orange olive oil. Oh yes. Cilantro and roasted onion olive oil too?! The little plastic tasting cups were barely enough to entertain my taste buds. So I ordered a glass of Rose and walked in circles around the jugs of oil and vinegar deliciousness. The staff were incredibly helpful and one young man started mixing delectable concoctions in little cups. I managed to walk out with only pomegranate and mango balsamic, but this is one place I will visit whenever I'm in the Pacific Northwest.
