The Divine Queen of Tarts
This cafe offers the most delicious raspberry, apple, and chocolate chip scones you will ever taste. In addition they offer a wide variety of pastries, sandwiches, and teas. Their 2 locations in Dublin are fairly close to each other but distinct—the original restaurant is small but so cozy, while the second location is much bigger. If you are in Dublin, be sure to stop by for breakfast or brunch and ask for a scone with clotted cream. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Irish Tea, Baked Goods, and Light Lunch
This little cafe is fantastic for breakfast, a light lunch, or just a snack in a very Irish kind of way. The scones come with clotted cream and jam, the tea comes with milk, and everything is served on beautiful china. There are two locations, and while I believe the Cows Lane spot offers a bit more food, the Dame Street location sits directly across from the lovely City Hall building, which is a nice view while enjoying your tea and morning paper.
