Located in the former apartment of celebrated Russian writer Aleksandr Pushkin, this museum pays tribute to his 13-month stay in Odesa, where he fled after being exiled from Moscow in 1823. The museum has a selection of paintings as well as manuscripts (with English-language translations) written by the famous poet, playwright and novelist—the author of Boris Godunov and Eugene Onegin among other works. In front of the building, there is a statue of the writer.
