At the foot of a medieval tower, a trebuchet lies in wait. Maidens tend quietly to their huts and their goats. A camel wanders through. Then the King of Navarre and the Count of Champagne charge in on their knightly steeds, heralding their return from a successful crusade. The audience cheer, involved as extras in this re-enactment of Provins and its knights in the height of its grandeur, 800 years ago.
Celebrations begin! A juggler arrives, music is sung, men and women embrace and dance. The peasants are jubilant! But little do they know of the evil that lurks only minutes away as the evil Torvak lies in waiting to seek his revenge.
This black-cloaked knight charges in, screaming, ready for war. The children gasp; parents take hold of tiny hands, assuring them all will be ok. A damsel screams, a princess hides, the audience is enthralled as they applaud each knight for his heroic equestrian acrobatics. We all hold our breath as they turn upside down, galloping at a terrifying speed towards each other. They suddenly leap upright to catch the enemy off guard, sword raised, ready for the impending duel. The maiden screams again as the knights dismount and continue duelling. The trebuchet is launched! Who will survive?
Amid a cavalcade of knights, maidens, kings, princesses, animals and equestrian bravery, you will discover the Legend of the Knights; an action-packed, breath-holding, exhilarating experience that the whole family will love.
