Prohibition serves great classic cocktails, like a Blood and Sand and a solid mint julep. The place also serves fancy comfort food (chorizo- and mushroom-studded mac and cheese, pork chop with a ginger-peach glaze), hosts live music and swing dance nights, and has a lovely outdoor patio. It can get busy on weekends, but has a quieter crowd during the week.
Prohibition on King Street brings back the fun without the restrictions of the 1920s with award-winning cocktails, draft and bottled beer, wines, whiskey and bourbon and a reasonably-priced menu to go with them. Tell the bartenders what your favorite spirit is and watch something spectacular being created. Put your dancing shoes on with live music or a DJ spinning tunes, and free Swing dance lessons on select nights.
