As someone who is not above fads, I have caught poutine fever to the extent of my mid-90s ‘LeoDeCapriosis.’ My search has spread internationally to the homeland of the delicious French-Canadian dish. Poutini’s doesn’t offer one hundred ways to have it your way, but it has perfected the classic poutine. Rich gravy and a perfectly proportionate cheese-curd-to -fry ratio make up a classic Poutini’s poutine. (There are vegan and gluten free options available as well.)
