Porto Cathedral
If you are looking for a great view over the city, consider visiting Porto Cathedral, or Sé do Porto. Its long history and stunning architecture, make it a must see location to visit. When I climbed to the top of the hill where the Cathedral is located and overlooked the red roofs of the old crumbling buildings, I instantly felt there are few sides to Porto; The Porto of the top-level, with the old churches and the bell towers and the one of the low-level, with the residential colorful buildings.
The view is beautiful all year around

The Cloisters of Porto's Cathedral
Porto's cathedral was started in the 1100's and as amazing as it is, the Gothic cloisters are even more impressive.
Its free to get into the cathedral but the cloisters and the museum will set you back just three Euro.
