Located at the Denarau Yacht Club, the Rhum-Ba is a restaurant, bar, and social club. The chef, an Australian expat, only sources fresh, seasonal ingredients for his menu of upmarket fare. Have an al fresco snack and order a bucket of prawns, a dozen oysters, or a charcuterie board with pickles, roasted mushrooms, onion jam, and crusty bread. Add a bottle of wine to start your own happy hour. For dinner choose from such entrees as grilled salmon with garlic mashed potatoes, Savusavu green lobster, roasted lamb, and generous steaks.
