Philippe Leclere Caveau
Hundred year old Burgundy wine
The wine caves at Philippe Leclere in Gevrey-Chambertin was quite impressive. Thousands and thousands of bottles of Burgundy wine sit and age. Some bottles, over 100 years old, have this soft mold covering the bottles. I had never seen that in a wine cellar before, so took the snapshot. Wonder how it tastes after 100 years??
