Craft Cocktails at Peska
Peska Seafood Culture is much more than a restaurant serving quality daily catches. Head bartender Colton Grivetti has come up with a craft cocktail menu of updated classics made with fresh ingredients. A standard gin and tonic, for example, gets dressed up with Bombay Sapphire gin, juniper berries, and sprigs of thyme. For something original, try the Oasis: vodka infused in-house with cinnamon and fennel, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Grivetti suggests pairing it with the salt-baked branzino.
