Pescau del Mar
Fresh seafood is flown into San Miguel twice weekly, and while every solid restaurant boasts seafood options, some make it a specialty. Such is the case at Pescau del Mar, which offers a wide variety of fish and shellfish, including those smoked marlin tostadas often seen in Mazatlán; octopus-and-bacon tacos with avocado and cactus-paddle pico de gallo; all manner of ceviche; Vietnamese smoked-salmon rolls; and kicky shrimp wraps that use slices of jicama—a cool, crunchy Mexican tuber—instead of tortillas.
