Seasonal Dishes Dockside
The Gothenburg-based restaurateurs behind the one Michelin-starred restaurant Koka spend their summer in Hunnebostrand on the Bohuslän coast. Owners Björn and Sofie Persson stay on their sailboat and serve summer dishes with a French twist, like bouillabaisse-like fish soup, moules marinières or grilled mackerel with smoked sour cream at this casual dockside eatery. It's next to the harbor where tourists anchor their vessels, and diners can enjoy an afternoon on the sunny terrace watching the boat traffic go by.
