Definitely do not leave without buying some cannoli at this pastry shop on a slanted, cobblestone street in Erice—they may just be the best in all of Sicily. Thick, creamy ricotta filling, flecked with chocolate chips, and the dark brown pastry shell are just the right side of sweet without being sickly.
