Kennedy ParkKennedy Park, one of Miraflores’s favorite destinations, is a lovely, well-placed garden, especially favored for afternoon and evening strolls, walking dogs, browsing the kiosks, and firing up romances. You’ll see artists at work here and also selling their creations. The park frequently hosts different fairs and exhibitions. Nearby cafés and restaurants provide everything from snacks to full meals; and bars, ranging from sports bars to more fashionable watering holes, will happily make you a drink.

Exploring Miraflores Park and Surroundings
Some people consider the Miraflores district the new "Downtown Lima." Miraflores Park, also known as Kennedy Park, lies at the center of it. You can find a wonderful sampling of Peruvian culture here, from the trendiest to the most traditional. Come to Miraflores for restaurants, stores, libraries, coffee shops, art galleries, bars, a cinema, street artists, an early 20th century church, a park full of cats, and traditional street food stalls. A five-minute walk will take you to the cliff and a great ocean view, where you can go paragliding at sunset or sit and have a picnic. Take the afternoon to walk and explore.
