This upscale restaurant, located in a modern Art Deco pavilion with a view of Rotterdam Harbor and the River Maas, was the first restaurant in the Netherlands to be awarded three Michelin stars in 2002. The changing menu includes dishes like Scottish partridge and Kobe wagyu beef tartare with caviar and quail eggs, as well as an extensive wine list.
