In-house butchering and dry-ageing (USDA prime) distinguishes Pappas Bros. Steakhouses from many of their competitors. The granddaddy of all 80 of the restaurant's locations is in Houston. Along with the artisan beef (the Rib Eye and New York Strip are recommended) you'll find a beyond-first-class wine cellar touted by Wine Spectator and others as well as a well-stocked a humidor. The Houston location also has old-school elegant private dining spaces that include three rooms designed to look like dining cars straight from North by Northwest.
