Gorgeous, Colorful Indian Food in Santa Fe
After a series of immensely popular pop-ups by chef Paulraj Karuppasamy and his wife/business partner, Nellie Tischler, Paper Dosa has finally opened first brick and mortar restaurant. Serving fresh, authentic South Indian cuisine, the classic dosa filled with Masala (potatoes blended with turmeric, caramelized onions, whole red chilies, mustard seeds and cashews) pairs nicely with a light, crisp Portuguese Vinho Verde or a refreshing Taj Mahal beer from Bangalore.
