The Postman Cheval Ideal Palace is An Amazing & Stunning Masterpiece Which You Should See
Do you want to be blown out by the piece of the art that is located 1 hour and a half away from Lyon? Well, let me tell you about the magnificent and unusual & unique in the world – The Postman Cheval Ideal Palace. Postman Cheval Ideal Palace is a piece of art built with no architectural rules by a real postman which has no architectural experience and education. Actually, Mr Cheval was originally a baker who finally took a job of a postman. He started his project of building the Palace at the age of 43 and spent his 33 years collecting stones along his postal route. Walking along his mail route in the town of Hauterives in Southern France, Mr Cheval has been carefully choosing the stones he liked. Leaving them on the side and while coming back he was gathering all of them back home. As he held them in his hand, the shape of each single stone inspired that postman, Ferdinand Cheval, to build a grand palace. He started his project in 1879. A great place to visit and just one hour and an half from my beloved Lyon. Enjoy"
