As a Peruvian, I am very proud of the cuisine of Peru...complex, eclectic and very, very delicious. Now thanks to Victor, the chef and owner of Pachamama’s, I can get my fix when my Peruvian taste buds require home-cooking. Pachamama’s Peruvian Creole Cuisine serves traditional Peruvian food with a personal touch. Victor makes his food with love and with a passion for sharing the food from home. If you have never tried the complexities of Peruvian cuisine...you must, your really must. Must try: Yucca a la Huancaina: Yucca sticks served with huancaina sauce topped with creole sarsa Aji de Gallina: Shredded chicken breast in a spicy creamy sauce, served with white rice and potatoes. Carapulcra Slow cooked sun-dried yellow potatoes, tender pork with a touch of roasted peanuts. Served with white rice. Alfajor Short bread cookie filled with caramel and rolled in coconut flakes & powdered white sugar.
