As a Peruvian, I am very proud of the cuisine of Peru...complex, eclectic and very, very delicious. Now thanks to Victor, the chef and owner of Pachamama's, I can get my fix when my Peruvian taste buds require home-cooking.
Pachamama's Peruvian Creole Cuisine serves traditional Peruvian food with a personal touch. Victor makes his food with love and with a passion for sharing the food from home. If you have never tried the complexities of Peruvian cuisine...you must, your really must.
