A Michelin Bib Gourmand winner, Ox and Finch offers a refreshing fusion of flavors and ingredients, from duck pâté with hoisin and ginger to cured sea trout with tandoori yogurt and pickled cucumber. The cocktails here are equally intriguing, including the Winter Flip, made with sherry, Frangelico, orange, and egg.

Scottish Tapas on Glasgow's Hip Side
Right in the heart of Glasgow's up and coming Finnieston, Ox and Finch is a trendy, high-ceilinged venue with a casual vibe, offering creative and contemporary tapas-style dishes. Definitely one of Glasgow's most inventive, refreshing tables at the moment. This establishment encourages shared dining and surprising yet harmonious mixtures, and while it would at first seem impossible to pick a drink to go with such audacious combinations the expertly trained staff always has the perfect suggestion for your palate. Their goat cheese and beet salad was a bit hit with this veggie aficionado, as was their slow-roasted pork belly. Their aioli chips are the perfect side dish to any other plate on the menu.

Small plates made from local, seasonal produce and presented as Instagram-perfect vignettes is what you’ll experience at Ox and Finch. Tapas-style with at least one hungry friend or many is the way to go so you get to try a range of the delicious and inventive menu. A lovely setting with an open kitchen adds to the atmosphere, as does finishing your meal with the Earl Grey Baked Alaska.
