Otantik sits perched atop Rue Jean Marie Tjibaou on the way into the center of Sainte Anne. With a gorgeous view of the sea and Sainte Luce in the distance, you can enjoy skewers of freshly caught tuna and marlin, or even a lobster if reserved in advance. The menu changes with the catches of the day and locally available fruits and vegetables. Finish your meal with an assortment of homemade ice creams. Both the view and the small size, with maybe sixteen seats, gave the restaurant a treehouse feel inside. Reservations are recommended. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and even spoke a bit of English for those who parlent seulement un peu de français.
