This place was recommend to us by an couple who had been living in Florence for six months that we met in cooking school. They know their food! Located just a block off the Arno, it was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Florence. With cinghiale in the name, you know going in what the specialty of the house is. Our meal began with some amazing cinghiale prociutto over arugula. We had cinghiale ragu over tagliatelle and a more hearty cinghiale with polenta. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff makes you feel right at home. The house wine served in the cute little Cinghiale Bianco pitchers added the perfect touch to the meal.
