Accessible Dining in a Royal Setting
We’ll never again brown-bag it on a day trip to Versailles. Alain Ducasse has given us a much more civilized option: This spring, his chic, contemporary brasserie opens on the first floor of the recently refurbished Pavilion Dufour. While the menu has yet to be announced, Ducasse is known for serving veggies from Versaille's gardens at one of his Paris restaurants, so diners can expect fare that combines the traditional (and palatial) with the fresh.
