Old State House
Explore the 300-year-old historic site where the Boston Massacre took place between British soldiers and an angry crowd in 1770. Themed tours focus on Revolutionary Women, Guns of the Revolution and the Politics of Fashion. You can also take a self-guided tour through the site’s interactive displays and exhibits, including colonial-era games and activities that include the chance to dress up in period clothing and take an 18th-century portrait. There are musical performances and docents who recount stories of colonial Boston too.
