The Koroneiki olives are grown organically on the mountain terraces of Mani, and handpicked and cold-pressed in January. The result is a mild, fruity, golden-green oil with the slight aroma of freshly cut grass. Three generations have nourished this family business; the shop also sells olives and olive paste.
