This gallery and workshop represents several Spanish jewelry designers. For a keepsake of the Camino, wealthy pilgrims have traditionally selected pieces that incorporate jet black and silver, a combination associated with Santiago and believed to have magical properties. (Compostela is often translated as "field of stars," an image evoked by the silver and black pieces here.)
