Eating my way around the Noosa International Food & Wine Festival
In the sparkling seaside hamlet of Noosa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, the 12th annual Noosa International Food & Wine Festival was an absolute blast last weekend.

Caviar (free tastings!) of the utmost Australian calibre was a highlight for me this year. Huon Tasmania Caviar was my favourite. Delicate salty pearls express from the depths of the Southern Ocean to the roof of my mouth.
Newcomers Olsson’s hand harvested macrobiotic sea salt showcased their unique celtic-style product on fresh cups of warm popcorn. Nomnomnom.
