The executive chef of this upscale dining room is Nick Totten, whose apprenticeship in New Orleans inspired him to bring the French Quarter restaurant to Frisco. Both Cajun and Creole cuisines are represented in gumbos, stews, crab cakes, and a Colorado rack of lamb. Finish with a French Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée or fresh seasonal berries soaked in Grand Marnier.
