Made with coconut milk, ice shavings, green coloured jelly noodles and palm sugar, cendol is a traditional dessert of Southeast Asia. It's super sweet but icy cold and perfect for a quick energy fix when wandering the streets of Malacca. The little cendol shop we ate at had a long bar down the middle and was stuffed with random collections of cups, cans and memorabilia.
