The chef’s global travels inspire the eclectic menu at this upscale restaurant, one of the few spots in Vieques that carries such a label. Portions are large (especially the pork chop), as are accompanying pours of wine, which can be enjoyed at indoor tables or spots on a breezy terrace. Cocktails come highly recommended here, too—and they’re not you’re typical island tipples with a paper umbrella stuck in the top, either.
