Seafood that was worth the wait!
This Labor Day weekend my boyfriend and I took a trip to Boston
. The highlight of our weekend adventure was our delicious meal at Neptune Oyster. We got there at 11:30 and by 11:45 we were at the front of the line giving our name and number to the host who said our table would be ready in 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We left to shop at Primark and enjoy a glass of Samuel Adams Boston Brick Red beer ( available only in Boston along the Freedom Trail) while we waited for the call. At 2:30 our time arrived and we raced back to the restaurant! We ordered fried Ipswich clams, a variety of oysters and a warm lobster roll with buttered bread and lobster that together melted in our mouths. ( trust me go for the warm one!) This was our favourite meal of the trip and I would recommend it in a heartbeat!
