This 74-acre gem is owned by Sir Richard Branson. Surrounded by coral reefs and fringed with white-sand beaches, the beautiful island can be hired exclusively by groups of at least 34 people. Individuals, couples, or families can still enjoy a Necker experience by renting a room for a seven-night stay during select weeks throughout the year, known as “Celebration Weeks.” Guests at Necker Island may rub elbows with celebrities or even Branson himself at the beautiful main residence, which was entirely rebuilt after a 2011 fire.
