Every January thousands of cows, horses, sheep and cowboys ride into town for one of Denver's oldest and finest traditions - the National Western Stock Show. The over 100 year history has seen the 17-day event grow, but some things stay the same, like rodeo clowns, Mutton Bustin', cotton candy, boot sales and lots and lots of denim. The rodeo is the main event, but don't miss the stalls in the Hall of Education that shows off blue ribbon pies, fluffed and groomed Angus, and prized 4H-raised hogs.
