Get a Fix of Burmese Curry
Located at the crossroads of India, China and Southeast Asia, Myanmar's cuisine is a mash-up of formidable influences. Popular around the nation is curry, which is informed by its neighbour to the east, but differs vastly. Curries in Myanmar tend to be much less spicy than ones in India and are often much more oily. If this doesn't sound all that appetising, don't be put off as the use of fresh herbs can make Burmese curries a deliciously fresh taste sensation.
