I knew the views would be spectacular on my AdventureSmith travels, but little did I know there would be so many culinary delights as well. Working in the smallest of kitchens, the chef continually served a variety of creative meals. The Korean inspired scallop pancake was topped with arugula from the small garden that grows on top of the boat. All of the food is responsible sourced and most organic. Yes, this tasted as good as it looks.
