Muvbox Lobster Roll, How I Know It's Summer in Montreal
One of the first things we do when we arrive in Montreal every summer is to walk down to the Lachine Canal and eat a lobster roll from MUVBOX Homard. The small eatery is actually a converted shipping container outfitted as a kitchen and walk-up window. The Muvbox is surrounded by tables and chairs in the sun and under shade structures that it shares with it's sister Muvbox Tacobox.

The properly square-shaped roll is filled with plump lobster (and lots of it) and really crispy celery (yes I know lobster roll purists will roll their eyes, but I love celery in my roll). We sit under one of several shade structures and happily eat our lobster rolls while cheeky sparrows eye us for droppings. .
