The selection of treasures here comes from Akrotiri, including some amazingly vivid frescoes such as the not-to-be-missed Blue Monkey wall painting. Near the museum are lots of little shops that sell museum reproductions so you can take some of this lovely and surprisingly modern looking art home with you.
