“I used to work at the Bar at Momofuku Seiobo before Paul Carmichael took over as head chef," says chef Clayton Wells of Automata in Sydney. "The bar has always been a great place to go for a chill night with decent wine and great snacks. Its as good as ever now with Paul's Caribbean-influenced menu.”
