With swift turns, steep drops, and mountainous views to make your heart jump, the Mieders Alpine rollercoaster provides the perfect summer thrill for families. Featuring the steepest track in the Alps, the 3,062-yard rollercoaster zips riders through the valley, into forests, and down a 2,099-foot drop. All you need to do is take the modern gondola to the top of the track at Koppeneck, hop into a one-person, bobsled-type cart (fully equipped with brakes), and let yourself go around the 40 hairpin turns.
