Michoutouchkine & Pilioko Foundation Art Gallery

This colorful, well-known house has been run by artist Aloi Pilioko since his friend Nicolai Michoutouchkine passed on. The pair began painting vibrant canvases and collecting cultural artifacts here in the 1970s, and their home provides a refreshing alternative to the usual staid art-gallery experience. Visitors are invited to explore the various rooms, and host Pilioko is happy to provide insights into how the artworks were made and what they represent.
